1. How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
Guest users can track via Track Order.
2. How do I track my shipped order?
Use the AWB number provided and track via courier website.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours after dispatch.
3. Is there any minimum order requirement?
No minimum order. Shipping charges depend on order value.
4. I don’t have an account. How do I return my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order details.
5. How do I cancel my order?
Cancel before shipping from your My Orders section.
6. My order is delivered but not updated?
It may take up to 24 hours to update. Contact support if delayed.
7. Why is my order not eligible for refund?
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
