EXCHANGE POLICY

1. How do I exchange items in my order?
Follow these steps:
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on Return/Exchange option
  • Select product or size
  • Confirm shipping details
2. Why can’t I see exchange option?
Possible reasons:
  • 7-day exchange window expired
  • Item not eligible for exchange
  • Order not marked delivered
3. Are all products eligible?
No, due to hygiene reasons:
  • Innerwear items cannot be exchanged
  • Opened multi-pack items are not accepted
4. Can I exchange gift items?
Gift items received with orders are not eligible for exchange.
5. Exchange limitations
  • Only one exchange request per order
  • Further returns will be processed as refund
6. Quality check rules
Items must meet these conditions:
  • Tags intact
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging available
