EXCHANGE POLICY
1. How do I exchange items in my order?
Follow these steps:
- Go to My Orders
- Click on Return/Exchange option
- Select product or size
- Confirm shipping details
2. Why can’t I see exchange option?
Possible reasons:
- 7-day exchange window expired
- Item not eligible for exchange
- Order not marked delivered
3. Are all products eligible?
No, due to hygiene reasons:
- Innerwear items cannot be exchanged
- Opened multi-pack items are not accepted
4. Can I exchange gift items?
Gift items received with orders are not eligible for exchange.
5. Exchange limitations
- Only one exchange request per order
- Further returns will be processed as refund
6. Quality check rules
Items must meet these conditions:
- Tags intact
- Unused and undamaged
- Original packaging available
