RETURN POLICY
1. How do I return the order I have placed?
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery. Follow these steps:
- Go to My Orders in your account.
- Click on Return/Exchange for the product.
- Choose reason and confirm request.
- We will process it quickly.
2. I don’t have an account. How do I return?
Use the Track Order page with your order details.
Follow the same return steps after login.
3. I cannot see return option
Possible reasons:
- Return window (7 days) expired
- Product category not eligible
- Delivery status not updated yet
4. When is return not accepted?
Returns are not accepted if:
- Product is used or washed
- Tags are removed
- Original packaging missing
